Hi, I’m Loreen.

Movement has always been at the center of my life. As a dancer, actress, and performer, I spent years traveling across the U.S. and Canada, discovering the power of presence and expression through the body.

Over time, I realized that movement isn’t just for the stage — it’s the foundation of health, balance, and joy in everyday life.

Today, I blend yoga, dance, and holistic wellness practices to help others feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves. I offer Open Yoga Sessions, Small Vacation Group Sessions, and Live Online classes, creating welcoming spaces for individuals and groups to move, breathe, and reset.

I believe our bodies were meant to move — and I’m here to guide you on your journey as I continue growing on mine.
