YogaReenie was created from a lifelong love of movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Rooted in years of experience as a dancer, performer, and wellness practitioner, YogaReenie brings together yoga, dance, and mindful movement to create practices that strengthen the body while calming the mind.
Our mission is simple — to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to yourself through intentional movement and breath. We believe yoga is for everyone, whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice.
YogaReenie offers private sessions, small group experiences, and online classes designed to meet you where you are on your wellness journey. Each session is thoughtfully guided to support strength, flexibility, confidence, and overall well-being.
