Private Yoga Session Guidelines

To help create the best possible experience for your session, please review the following guidelines:

✔ Please prepare a clean, quiet space for practice with enough room for two yoga mats if needed
✔ Wear comfortable yoga or workout attire
✔ Keep pets and children in a separate area before and during the session
✔ Remove shoes before practice
✔ Keep phones and smart watches on silent during sessions
✔ No video recording during sessions
✔ Please refrain from smoking or vaping before, during, or after your session
✔ Waivers must be signed and payment is required at the time of booking

Yoga equipment such as mats, blocks, and straps may be borrowed during the session for a small rental fee.
